One Framework. However Your School Wants To Run It.

There's No One Right Way To Run This

Every school that brings in The AI Compass asks the same first question: how do we actually fit this in? There isn’t a single answer, because there isn’t a single format. Every school pack includes the full set of 52 prompt cards across all ten categories from day one, so the choice isn’t about how much content a school gets, it’s about how that content is paced. Here are two ways schools are currently running it.

The AI Literacy Summit

A dedicated two or three days where a whole year group, or the whole school, moves through all ten categories together, with staff briefed in advance to facilitate. This format has proven especially effective for schools that want a concentrated, visible rollout.

Best for: Schools that want a single, high-momentum
event the whole community experiences together.

Discuss

The ten categories are spread across a semester inside a subject that already has room for open discussion: philosophy, PSHE, tutor time, homeroom, or careers education.

Best for: Schools that want AI literacy woven into the
normal rhythm of the year, not a one-off event.

Every path produces the same reflection data at the end, and a school can move from one to the other as it goes. Which of these two shapes fits best is a separate decision from which package a school buys: a Summit and a semester-long rollout both work on the entry-level School Pack, and both can be paired with the founder-led workshop and Impact Report in the Pilot Programme.
